The research object is the process of conversion, processing, monitoring and analysis of multimedia information. The subject of research are the methods and means for conversion, processing, monitoring and analysis of multimedia information improving accuracy and speed. The aim is to develop a technology for constructing analog-digital system for processing multimedia audio and video signals, which will improve the speed, accuracy and provide a wide range of functionality for multimedia information monitoring and analysis, particular in the field of broadcasting. The general principles and structures for the analog-to-digital multimedia information monitoring and analysis have been developed as a complex of analog-digital subsystem, monitoring subsystem and analysis subsystem of multimedia information. The theoretical basis for improving the accuracy and speed of analog-to-digital subsystems using the redundant positional notation systems has been created. The technology of video tracking and recognition on noise background has been developed using the theory of zero room for the blind identification of dynamic scattering point function and image blur function. The methods for audio signal monitoring and processing, audio fragment search in real time have been developed. Methods of audio and video signal analysis, the filter synthesis method for moving images blurring elimination have been developed. The fuzzy system for analysis and management of multimedia content on the results of the TV monitoring has been developed. The results of research can significantly reduce the cost and increase the reliability, performance, functionality of the analog-digital monitoring and multimedia information analysis systems.
