The paper analyzed the conditions hydropower development (particularly small) in the right bank of the Dnipro River Basin (in Ukraine). The estimation of drainage study area. The analysis of water flow and conditions of its formation. A calculation of year distribution of water runoff the right bank of the Dnieper. Discovered contemporary indicators of river flow and analyzed temporal fluctuations in water flow and climatic parameters (precipitation, temperature) and completed their joint analysis. Highlight cycles typical water content for the study area and identified abundant and dry phases. These results will be the basis for predicting performance changes water runoff and hydropower potential of the rivers of the right bank of the Dnieper in the future. In addition, a basis for advanced GIS project right bank of the Dnipro River Basin (in Ukraine), with base layers and attribute information (hydrography, catchment areas, hydrometeorological network) to be used in the calculation of a wide range of hydrological and hydro options Watercourses (the value of water flow, hydro power) and for cartographic representation of the results. The collected vector data base hydrographic network includes the right bank of the river Dnieper Basin, which have a length of 10 km and a catchment area of over 50 km2.
