Development of mathematical models of social and economic systems in conditions of uncertainty and risk due to the necessity of making decisions on the choice of such alternatives among possible in which the light of various factors and conflicting requirements, the most effective total value of the system will be determined. In this regard the following problems were set and solved: conceptual basis of modeling socio-economic systems based on their agility, stability and feedback under uncertainty and risk; development of model for assessing the results and effects of the various options of transport and logistics systems in conditions of uncertainty and risk; development of principles of financial institutions under uncertainty and risk; study of the basic principles of the agricultural sector in the face of uncertainty and risk and development of methodological principles of analysis of the economic stability of the agricultural sector; development of theoretical and methodological approaches to the challenges of electronic commerce and electronic business under uncertainty and risk; development of mathematical models of economic growth, provided awareness depending on the overall level of capital-labor; modeling components of national environmental-economic policy within the framework of the Paris agreement; theoretical study of human capital in the face of uncertainty. Research of conduct socio-economic systems in time and depending on the structure of system elements and interactions between them, including causation, feedback loops, delays reaction, impact protection and enables others to determine their development strategies.
