Existing approaches, such as methods of mathematical programming, in general, solve the problem of allocation of advertising investments under competitive conditions. However, to date there is no information technology, which would take into account the features of existing control systems is to ensure the requisite efficiency in competition, which confirms the urgency of solving scientific problems.
