The filtration algorithms, which are synthesized on its basis, show high noise suppression efficienc. However, computer implementation is difficult due to big computing expenses. The two-stage non-causal multichannel image sequence filtration algorithm is developed to increase the efficiency of multichannel image sequence filtration in the presence of correlated spekle-noise. The developed image filtration algorithm is divided into two stages. One-dimensional image filtration is done independently along lines and columns at the first stage. The received results are combined at the second stage. Such technique allows to use advantage of one-dimensional filtration algorithms, which has simple and efficient implementation, but taking into account two-dimensional type of processed data. Precision characteristics of such two-stage algorithms are intermediate between one-dimensional and two-dimensional algorithms. Implementation of the developed two-stage non-causal muiltichannel image filtration algorithm doesn't require considerable computing expenses. The analysis of an algorithm was made on test images with different types of the area using statistical computer modeling.
