One example of such RS can be unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) that generate a new class of threats: application in the terrorist purposes, photographing of the secret objects, invasion on the forbidden territory, etc. This leads to the need to develop security systems that solve the problem of detection, positioning and motion parameters of the UAV. In which it is important to develop methods for adaptive filtering of parameters of the UAV movement based on TDOA- and RSS-measurements of the sensor network and in their complex use. The result of the work is synthesized on the basis of a mathematical apparatus of the mixed Markov processes in discrete time optimum and quasioptimum adaptive algorithms for filtration of parameters of the UAV movement based on TDOA- and RSS-measurements that allow to reduce the RMS errors in positioning in the horizontal plane in comparison with the recurrent algorithms of determining the location 2 to 4 times, and the use of complex processing of TDOA- and RSS-measurements of the sensor network, in addition 2 to 7 times. RMS errors height estimation by the adaptive algorithm based on TDOA- and RSS-measurements is close to the values obtained by the adaptive algorithm based on TDOA-measurements. Also adaptive filters based on TDOA- and RSS-measurements allow to recognize the hovering and almost uniform motion of the UAV with a probability close to unity. Adaptive filter based on complex processing of TDOA- and RSS-measurements makes it possible to increase the probability of recognition of short-term UAV maneuvers by 2-3 times. The new theoretical positions obtained in the work are expedient for use in design and research organizations engaged in the development of modern systems for digital processing of radar information.
