It is proved that initiation of EEG-activity in a brain of part of rats by structures of frontal bark during spontaneous convulsive activity testifies to need of further research of mechanisms of attraction of these educations for the delayed period of the chronic pilocarpine-induced convulsive syndrome, and also to difficulties, ambiguity of the treatment and systemacity of a complex of changes developing in a brain of rats in the delayed period of the pilocarpine status epilepticus. Firstly it was shown diazepam, phenobarbital and valproic acid antiepileptic efficacy in conditions of pilocarpine-induced seizures. Dyphenilgidantoin and carbamazepine have no influence on development of the pilocarpine-induced seizures.
