This study involved 1,000 medical students and physicians in various fields, which have simulation training at the Odessa National Medical University. The purpose of the study is to improve the results of the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with different pathologies with study, development, implementation and evaluation of the long-term effectiveness of the simulation training medical students and doctors comprehensive system in different fields. Methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, psychological, statistical, mathematical. On the basis of long-term study of the results of simulation training will be developed a mathematical model which predicts individual term of "survival knowledge" for each trainee and calculates the period of its alleged re-training in the medical simulation.
