Development of mean for the oral care gel "Apisan" on the basis of biologically active matters of directed local action with anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, wound - healing properties have been at pathophysiological models with the analysis of biochemical markers of inflammation, functional condition of prooxidant - antioxidant system in case of oral mucosa violations that oceur under the action of smoking. Gel "Apisan" provided a normal structural functional state of oral cavity in case of oral cavity in case of oral mucosa violations, that occur under the action of exogenous factors of risk of environment, life style of patients with the harmful habits with violation of homeostasis of oral cavity and new method of his application will allow as soon as possible to remove affection of factors of risk, to provide limitation of inflammatory process, to shorten the time period of epithelization and reach a stable effect of conservative treatment.
