Multivariate analysis revealed a significant correlation variance by major and minor indicators of osteoporosis and vertebral fractures, however, revealed significant correlation to determine the severity of the disease. The features of clinical manifestations do not give rise not only to diagnose vertebral fracture, but osteoporosis as a whole and determine the severity of pathological changes. Radial methods of investigation (radiography, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography) can not make a diagnosis of osteoporosis and determine its severity that necessitates a comprehensive study using renthendensytometriyi. In the prehospital at stale fractures (over 3 weeks) in any case failed to meet prescribed WHO recommendations on diagnostics, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis treatment in respect of vertebral fractures did not meet the necessary conditions that threatened the progression of osteoporotic process and increase of kyphotic spinal deformity with increased pain syndrome and quality of life of patients. Treatment of vertebral fractures on the background of osteoporosis should include all possible range of social and medical measures as the treatment of vertebral fractures and, consequently, pain and neurological disorders, for the restoration opornosti and treatment of osteoporosis in general. The inadequacy and inefficiency of conservative methods of treatment of vertebral fractures in osteoporosis of the spine background necessitates revision related to the surgical treatment of these patients to improve quality of life and prevent complications.
