The analysis of 329 patients with spastic forms of cerebral palsy disorders formation of the hip joint found significant dependence (p<0.001) radiological indicators of the hip in patients with CP from a group of functional status. The criteria for selecting the method of prevention and treatment of spastic hip subluxation and dislocation is prepubertal during puberty (1-2 stage by Tanner) and abduction in the hip joint is less than 20 degrees. Switching patients from lower to higher GMFCS is prognostically important criterion for choosing a method of prevention and treatment of spastic hip subluxation and dislocation and accompanied by the increase of the migration index and neck-shaft angle. Developed its own computer radiometric method of determining the stability of the hip joint in the vertical plane and defines the value of the index of vertical migration. Developed algorithm scheme of clinical and radiological criteria for selecting a method of prevention and treatment of spastic hip dislocation in patients with CP, which includes the following steps: a clinical research, study radiological indicators, setting-risk and progression of spastic hip subluxation and dislocation.
