Developed the methods of obtaining the water dispersions of polymer for medical and biomedical destination based on newly synthesized copolyesters (pseudo-polyamino acids). Investigated their colloid-chemical properties and morphology of the dispersed phase. Showed their ability to solubilize and / or absorption of water-insoluble organic substances and biological polymers. Investigated the toxicological properties of the polymers and applications based on them. Developed the method of obtaining a new generation of adjuvants based on copolyesters and investigated their properties in vivo.
