The necessity of combination of classic blades folding mechanism and centrifugal regulator is proved for providing rotation frequency dynamic stabilization with set precision. The mathematical model of the wind turbine aeromechanical system with the mechanisms of orientation and regulation are improved. The experimental research results of aerodynamic characteristics of the wind wheel with the mechanism of blades folding are presented and the analytical dependencies for ascertainment of its inertial and stiffness parameters are produced.
