On results monitoring of silicon-containing mineral waters of different regions of Ukraine the seasonal vibrations of general mineralization, maintenance of metasilicic acid, amount of microbiota of different ecology-morphological groups and degree of bactericidalness of mineral waters are grounded. Connection is well-proven between maintenance of metasilicic acid and amount of bacteria of type of Thiobacillus thioparus. It is set in an experiment, that the effect of biological action of mineral waters depends not only on the concentration of metasilicic acid but also from the concentration of ions of sodium.
