The methods of the systems creating based on hybrid mobile and Internet technologies, hyperconvergent infrastructures, accidents monitoring systems using tools and multicommunicative facilities and Іnternet of things, that provide a balance of the energy characteristics and characteristics of the safety, is developed. The principle of adaptive management process scheduling in a battery life of mobile devices, which is based on three key components: the procedures for identifying models of the battery, power profile and correction procedure schedules taking into account the current values of voltage and frequency. The method of parametric identification of models of lithium-ion battery-based filtering Cullman, that allows you to adjust the battery model for each new sample measurements, are developed. A stochastic model of the computer system, which, in contrast to the well-known models, based on the hidden Markov model and take into multi-level user activity, allowing to predict the future state of the system, is developed.
