Object of research - technological equipment and its main components. The purpose of work - to create new composite materials with high physical and mechanical properties on the basis of theoretical and experimental research, to improve the existing design of chemical processing equipment and to develop effective methods of treatment of details. Research methods - X-ray, thermomechanical, optical methods, tribological and rheological studies, mathematical modeling, theoretical analysis. Researched properties of multicomponent systems based on heat-resistant polymers. Proposed mathematical model for the motion processes of polymeric media and composites work items of processing equipment. Created on the basis of the composite material mixture kopoliuretanov block. Designed method for producing anti-friction coatings based on aromatic polyamide phenylone. Developed and examined for polymer compositions based on aromatic polyamides moving machine compounds. Designed device is designed to measure the cutting forces during turning. Conducted investigations of cavitation in the cavitation field installation with a submerged nozzle. New technical solutions developed, protected by 2 patents of Ukraine for invention and 1 patent of Ukraine for utility model. Applications of the results: C 22.21 Manufacture of plates, sheets, tubes and profiles made of plastics; With 25.62 Machining of metal products; C 28.15 Manufacture of bearings, gears, mechanical transmission elements and drives; M 72.19 Research and experimental development in the field of other natural and technical sciences.
