The report presents the data of the expeditionary studies of the Institute of Marine Biology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Sea Ecology Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine received in marine expeditions conducted from 16 to 20 September 2016 (12 complex stations) and from 25 October to 13 November 2016 (12 complex stations). In addition, for the water quality analysis of based on the state of the phytoperiphyton communities, on September 8, 2016 and October 17, 2016, expeditions were to the coastal zone of the Danube delta near the port of Ust-Danube and Bystroe mouth (6 stations for each expedition).
