The purpose of the work is to develop scientifically grounded methodological, technical and technological decisions on the creation of an automated export control system (hereinafter system), to improve the quality and efficiency of the use of the main procedures of state export control, to ensure the interests of national security in the field of export control and to fulfill international obligations and agreements. . The obtained results - in the course of the research the analysis of the experience of export control and technologies used in ordering and providing administrative services was conducted. The analysis and selection of standards and technologies for the creation of a mechanism for processing the export control process has been carried out. A working draft of the export control subsystem, designed for automation of the passage and processing of applications and permit documents used in the field of state export control, has been developed. A working draft of the Web-site of the State Export Control Board of Ukraine for the submission of applications has been developed.
