The goal of the investigation was to develop the methods for regioselective introduction of fluoro-containing substituents with fluorinated group at the heteroatom into organic compounds. Methods of investigation - various synthetic and physicochemical ones. It was found that fluoroalkoxy-containing enaminones are convenient precursors for pyrazoles, izoxazoles and pyrimidines syntheses. It was shown that Heck reaction of perfluoroalkylvinylsulfoxides with aryl iodides is effective route to E-1-aryl-2-perfluoroalkylsulfinyl ethylenes. Acrylic acid derivatives bearing SCF3, SOCF3, and SO2CF3 groups were shown to react with amidines, urea, and thiourea to produce 4(3H)-pyrimidones. Method for difluoromethylation of unsubstituted pyrole, tetrazole, and 1,2,3- and 1,2,4-triazoles was developed. It was demonstrated that reaction of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole with fluorinated olefins led to polycyclic products - benzimidazo[4,5b]thiazole-1,3 derivatives. Moisture stable non-cyclic compounds with bromotetrafluoroethyl group at the nitrogen atom were synthesized by reaction of N-alkyl and N-aryl sulfonamides with 1,2-dibrotetrafluoromethane. Products of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds addition to N-arylimines of hexafluoroacetone were obtained and used for 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-2,3-dihidrobenzodiazepines syntheses. A series of novel hydrofluoroolefins with terminal -CF=CH2, -CH=CHF and -CH=CF2 groups have been prepared. These hydrofluoroolefins have boiling points in the range 0-50 ?C. Compared to traditional saturated organofluorine chemicals, these hydrofluoroolefins have low global warming potential, and may be useful in refrigerators and air conditions manufacturing. Bis(trifluoromethyl)acetylene was shown to be convenient reagent for pyrazoles and izooxazoles syntheses. Perfluoroalkyl and pentafluorophenyl copper couples have been synthesized. It was shown that these compounds can be used as perfluoroalkylating reagents. Influence of fluorine atoms in tri- and pentamethyne chain of thia- and quinocarbocyanines on their electronic structure and absorption spectra was investigated. It was found that the interaction of 2,4,6-tris(fluorosulfonyl)chlorobenzene with binucleophiles leads to formation of 5-, 6- and 7-membered heterocyclic systems, containing SO2-fragment, and anionic spiro-?-complexes. Scientific results of this investigation can be used in organic, elementorganic, and fluoroorganic chemistry.
