The aim of the research is to develop a method for synthesizing a mathematical model of the engine's operation in the sub-idle region based on the identification of its characteristics and a priori information about the object and experimental data. To achieve the aim of the study, the following methods were used: methods of physical and mathematical modeling of the engine operation, experimental studies of full-scale GTE on special test benches, identification methods of dynamic systems. This work consists of four parts. In the first part, the requirements of regulatory documents for the starting process a gas turbine engine and examples of their implementation in the control laws are given. The analysis of existing methods of synthesis of gas turbine engine models in the sub-idle region is carried out. Their proposed classification and their shortcomings are indicated, leading to their inability to be used in real projects to create automatic control systems. In the second part of the report, the general structure of the launch model is considered. It is indicated that it consists of a static model and a dynamic model, the necessity of using a static model is justified. All the characteristics used in the synthesis of the static model were divided into groups according to the structure, methods of their identification. The third part of the report contains information about the dynamic model. The structure of the model and the equation is described, and this structure is implemented. The features of identification of a dynamic model from experimental data are considered in detail. The thermocouple model included in the dynamic GTE model is also considered. In the fourth part, an example of the synthesis of the engine start-up model D436-FM is given. The created model allows to simulate the operation of the engine in the sub-idle region, and also to work out the algorithms of ACS in this region. The analysis of the simulation error has demonstrated the high accuracy of the simulation.
