The radiation spectral density evolution at the decrease of the angle between the particle momentum and the crystalline axis is studied and the frequency of radiation peak corresponding to scattering on separate atomic strings in the case of planar channeling is calculated. The possibility of experimental observation of coherent radiation suppression effect at the motion of charged particles from GeV energy region in thin crystals is investigated. To this end, the radiation at particles motion in channeling and over-barrier modes in the field of the continuous potential of crystalline planes (110) of a thin silicon crystal is considered. The study is performed under conditions at which the crystal thickness is less than the radiation formation length and the particle, while moving in the crystalline field, performs not more than several vibrations. The dependences of the bunch average radiation spectral intensity on the crystal thickness, incidence angle and particles energy are obtained.
