Technological bases for the production of composite scintillation detectors based on composite scintillators with a thickness of up to 200 ?m are developed. Powder scintillators ZnSe:S, CsI:Tl, GAGG:Ce and YSO:Ce were obtained. Experimental samples of detectors with thickness up to 200 ?m are made. The characteristics of the X-ray luminescence of scintillation composite detectors, the characteristics of the sensory components of the digital fixation of X-ray images are investigated. The possibility of obtaining on the basis of the scintillation composite detectors developed by us with a spatial resolution of 10 pairs of lines/mm.5481
