The subject of research is the constructive implementation of the parameters of processes and equipment for food, pharmaceutical and microbiological productions. The purpose of the research is the intensification of technological processes and the designing of a new and modernization of the existing technological equipment of food, pharmaceutical and microbiological industries on the basis of progressive energy and resource-saving technologies. During the research, for achieving the purpose, an analysis of the development trends in the food, microbiological and pharmaceutical industries was conducted, the ways of intensifying the processes of food, microbiological and pharmaceutical productions were investigated, the mathematical and simulation modeling of technological processes was carried out and the experimental researches of technological equipment in laboratory and industrial conditions were carried out. The practical significance of the research is that the obtained results allow: to determine the directions of intensification of technological processes, to improve the technological equipment, to develop recommendations for the improvement of hardware-technological schemes and to develop the new equipment on the basis of progressive energy and resource-saving technologies. The obtained results of scientific research can be used during the preparation of design documentation, the creation of new and modernization of existing equipment, the implementation of the scientific developments in an educational process and a production.
