The results of researches of high-tech concrete on the basis of composite cements, concrete based on low-clinker cements, effective modified solutions based on ash and slag-containing dry building mixtures are given. The methods of designing the compositions of concrete and solutions with given properties on the basis of low-fiber, composite cements with additives of polyfunctional modifiers are given. The theoretical and practical bases of utilization of crushing stone waste as an effective aggregate of fine-grained, large-porous, heavy concrete, fibro-concrete and vibropressed concrete have been developed.
