The properties of SiC films have been studied by the method of luminescence and Raman scattering. The properties of transparent conductive oxide films ZnO, ZnO: Al, SnO2: Sb, SnO2: F were obtained and investigated using the spray-pyrolysis method on porous Si substrate of solar cells.
