The formation of domestic and foreign management systems and their elements in globalizing conditions has been investigated. Conceptual and methodological fundamentals of the formation of strategic and anticipative planning technology, as well as of the personnel motivation innovative technologies, have been developed. There have been created the instruments for anticipative planning provision, and analyzing the methods for activating the employees' activities in the communication subsystem of enterprise management. The assessment of the enterprise management system elements effectiveness in the conditions of globalization has been developed. The rating method of innovative projects economic appraisal, as well as costs structuring for the formation and maintenance of productive reserves, has been improved. A system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of business strategies achieving in the context of globalization has been developed.5481
