Methods of investigation: karyotyping, i-FISH, clinical, haematological, morphologycal. Aim: to estimate spectrum of quantity and structural chromomal abnormalities in bone marrow cells at diagnosis of B-CLL and MM . Results deletions are predominated between structutal rearrangements. Chromosomes 17 and 11 (karyotyping), genes ATM nad TP53 (i-FISH analysis) in B-CLL, chromosomes 13 and 17 in MM more often involved in structural rearrangements. More prognocticaly unfavourable aging categories were groups older 50 years. In B-CLL and MM more often unfavourable genetic prognosis groups were registered with i-FISH method (68,4 % and 35,4 %, respectively). Avialability of quantity and structural chromosomal abnormalities can evidence about multilevel mechanism to form of abnormal karyotype at diagnosis of B-CLL and MM.
