Methods of research: clinical-laboratory, hematological, immunocytochemical, microbiological, immunological. Results: On the basis of clinical and laboratory parameters, of data of morphological and cytochemical studies of blood and bone marrow formed a group of patients with a verified diagnosis and period of the disease. On the results of microbiological monitoring was isolated and identified from the upper respiratory tract of 57 strains of microorganisms, from the intestine - 53 microbial cultures. The research of microflora of biotopes in the dynamics of receiving a bacterial symbiotic containing the cultures of normal microflora has been carried out. Microbiocenosis of the biotope of patients with AL was characterized by the presence of representatives of opportunistic microflora, including Staphylococcus aureus (104 CFU/ml), Staphylococcus epidermidis (106 CFU/ml), Enterococcus (102 CFU/ml), Micrococcus (106 CFU/ml), Proteus morganii (107 CFU/g), Enterobacter cloacae (106 CFU/g), Klebsiella pneumoniae (106 CFU/g), Enterobacter aerogenes (102 CFU/g). The presence of pathogenicity factors in the strains of Staphylococcus aureus, S.epidermidis and S.saprophyticus and reduction of their pathogenic potential after the expiration of the probiotic period was revealed: S. aureus cultures did not produce phosphatase and fibrinolysin; the ability of S.epidermidis strains to synthesize phosphatase, lysozyme and hemolysin decreased by 2.3-2.6 times, fibrinolysin - by 6.5 times. The inclusion of a probiotic drug in the course of accompanying therapy contributed to the complete restoration of the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract in 50.0% of patients; Bifidobacteria recovered in 66,6% of patients, lactobacillus - in 83,3% of patients.
