The fundamental aspects of various types of intermolecular interactions (molecular recognition) are investigated; the scientific and technological foundation is developed for creating sensors for medicine, biotechnology and environmental monitoring on the basis of affinity interactions of analytes of different nature with biological macromolecules (deoxyribo-oligonucleotides, immunoglobulin-binding components) and polymers-biomimics. Laboratory prototypes of portable bioaffine devices are elaborated for express-analysis of markers of tuberculosis and leukemia, concentrations of lactoferrin, food toxins (aflatoxin B1) and some endocrine disruptors (triazine herbicides, bisphenol A, sulfamethoxazole) in biological and environmental samples.5481
