"Theoretical and methodical principles of developing future choreography teachers' artistic and pedagogical mentality as a factor of improving the quality of education". The objective of the study. To substantiate the theoretical and methodical principles of developing choreographic and pedagogical education in Ukraine and to elaborate a multicomponent open organizational and methodical system with scientific and methodological complex support for the educational process of training future choreography teachers who are capable of self-organization, creative self-development and extrapolation of national values into the socio-cultural space by means of choreographic art. Methods of the study: categorial analysis, generalization, classification and comparison, theoretical modelling; pedagogical observation, surveys, choreographic staging; organizational forms and methods: conferences, round tables, master classes, projects; competitions, Olympiad. Results: Based on the multiparadigmal methodology, the following constructs of the organizational and methodical system were determined: factor and methodological; content and value-based; organizational and regulatory; methodical and technological. We substantiated the essence and developed cross-educational artistic integration as a technological tool that allows to use knowledge and experience gained in some disciplines for greater effectiveness of mastering others. The distinction of the system is the purposeful and continuous development of future choreography teachers' artistic and compositional thinking, mastering of performing choreographic disciplines through the prism of the method of their teaching according to the age group of students. Novelty: It was the first time when the essence of the attributes of the choreographic and pedagogical mentality was substantiated and described: choreographic picture of the world, choreography language, choreographic perception, future teacher's stereotypes and choreographic compositional thinking. The stages of latent development of choreographic and pedagogical mentality (protocultural, protoprofessional, professional and dynamic, normative and methodical, choreographic and professional development, choreographic and experimental) were presented. Practical appliance. The results of the study were introduced into the educational process of training future choreography teachers. In particular, into the disciplines: "Methodology of artistic pedagogy and methods of scientific research", "Theory and methodology of teaching choreographic disciplines in high school", "Hermeneutic choreographic workshop", "Fundamentals of study and teaching artistic culture", "Composition and dance staging", "Course of performing mastery", "Small forms in choreography". The results were taken into account during the development of the state standard for the specialty of professional competencies of future choreography teachers 014 Secondary education (Choreography).
