As a result of the research, the concept of the causal link of some parts of the pregnancy loss pathogenesis was developed for the first time, which is as follows: the genetic and psychological preconditions for women at risk groups lead to the activation of a pro-inflammatory response with the further development of hypercoagulation syndrome and placental thrombosis, which, in condition of the estrogen progesterone reception breach, cause a complex of neuro-immune-humoral changes with the development of placental dysfunction and activation of contractile activity of myometrium, which leads to miscarriage. On this background we created a preventive and treating system for women with miscarriage before and during the pregnancy. The results of the research were widely implemented in domestic maternity hospitals, the efficiency of the proposed technology for miscarriage prevention and treatment is confirmed by perinatal consequences.
