First, for the discrete part of spectral data, the double poles and a single pole are taken into account. The line spectrum of continuum states for the IST method is examined as well. This allows one to investigate any singularities. The nonlocal mathematical model for geomedium with oscillating inclusions is reduced to the nonlinear Schrodinger equation. This equation describes the dynamics of the envelope for quasiharmonic wave packet, retains the soliton solutions as well specifies the conditions of the modulation instability. Simulation of the process for deformation of many packing grains, which are in elastic matrix, have been performed by mean of the finite-element method. The results have been compared with analytical calculations. The mathematical model for dynamics of a nonlocal geomedium as elastic matrix with drained inclusions has been developed. This enables one to define without efforts the average properties for natural materials having the grained structure. Force distributions in monodisperse and disperse granular media under impulse loads are calculated in computer simulation. Time dependences of the microparameters demonstrate that such deformation processes are non-equilibrium ones. The shear deformation of disperse and monodisperse block media are experimentally investigated. Correlation properties of time dependencies are estimated. It is found that the forces distribution in the deformation process of monodisperse media is the power dependence. For investigation of dynamics of the porous medium with relaxation inclusions, the two-dimensional plate-like models having pores and inclusions are developed. Optical strain-measuring investigations of the stress-strain fields have been carried out at a quasi-static loading. The relaxation processes, which are arisen from the involving pores and inclusions, essential affect on the stress fields.
