Linguocultural conception of American lexicography has been formulated for the first time. A new type of educational explanatory linguocultural dictionary of American variant of English for foreign users has been represented. The pattern of notional constituents, characteristic for the concept "management" has been formulated. The specificity of performative speech acts in their correlation with non-performative in theological discourse has been elucidated for the first time in Ukrainian linguistics. Cognitive and linguocultural approaches to concept studies not only as an operational unit of consciousness, but also as a vividly expressed connotation peculiar for phrasemes have been analyzed.
