The object of research is the process of managing the international competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises. Methods of research - analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, grouping and comparison, comparison and observation, morphological analysis. The approaches to managing international competitiveness of the enterprise are investigated and summarized; the scientific-methodical principles of the estimation of the efficiency of management of the international competitiveness of the enterprise are specified; generalized classification of types of enterprise competitiveness planning; the list of typical problems of planning of competitiveness of machine-building enterprises is singled out; theoretical and methodical approach to managing technological competitiveness of the enterprise is developed; the expediency of forming clusters for achievement of technological competitive advantages has been substantiated and the approach to an estimation of efficiency of technological clusters is developed; directions and directions of the M & A market development in Ukraine are determined and substantiated; the problem of increasing the technological competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises in the conditions of the new industrial revolution on the basis of development and implementation of advanced convergent technologies was considered; the necessity of development of state programs of development of competitiveness on the basis of advanced production technologies, foresight research of technological priorities, stimulation of high-tech export is substantiated.5481
