As a result of the performed project tasks, the following results were obtained. New single crystals of the Sn2P2S6 type were grown, including sampled doped with various elements. Model calculations of energy spectra of crystals with impurities of various types (Ag, Cr, Cu) were prformed and the conclusions on the localization of the corresponding impurity levels were drawn. The electron paramagnetic resonance spectra induced by photoexcitation have been experimentally investigated and defect (vacancy) and impurity states in Sn2P2S6 crystals have been identified on this basis. The influence of radioactive and light irradiation on the dielectric properties of these single crystals was studied. The mobility of photoinduced charge carriers in these materials was determined by a holographic method based on the photorefractive effect. Experiments have been carried out on the investigation of thermostimulated processes (depolarization and luminescence) in the crystals of this type. Product Description popup.authors .
