The urgency of the problem is based on the fact that the entry of education of Ukraine into European and world space requires the creation of a system of training of competitive specialists that would be in line with existing world standards. In addition, the lack of elaboration of the problem under investigation and the need to review the theoretical and methodological achievements regarding the training of competitive professionals in the context of educational changes increases its timeliness and necessity. It is the development of a management system for the preparation of competitive specialists in the context of educational changes, the introduction of appropriate technologies in the educational process will enhance the professional competence of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher educational institutions, ensure the quality of educational services and overcome the partial contradictions between the level of correspondence of educational services to the needs of their consumers in quality education .
