The purpose and purpose of research work is the scientific substantiation of the methodological principles of training of competitive specialists in the conditions of educational changes. Topicality. The urgency of the problem is based on the fact that the entry of education of Ukraine into European and world space requires the creation of a system of training of competitive specialists that would be in line with existing world standards. In addition, the lack of elaboration of the problem under investigation and the need to review the theoretical and methodological achievements regarding the training of competitive professionals in the context of educational changes increases its timeliness and necessity. Also, the relevance is due to the constant transformations of the education system in general and higher in particular. This is directly related to the adoption of new regulatory documents and their introduction into practice. Namely: Laws of Ukraine "On Education"; "On Higher Education"; approval of the communication strategy of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for 2017-2020, etc. In this regard, the problem of training of competitive professionals in the context of educational change is becoming increasingly relevant and requires a meaningful methodological justification. It is the development of a management system for the preparation of competitive specialists in the context of educational changes, the introduction of appropriate technologies in the educational process will enhance the professional competence of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher educational institutions, ensure the quality of educational services and overcome the partial contradictions between the level of correspondence of educational services to the needs of their consumers in quality education .
