The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally investigate the essence and psychological factors of the subjective well-being of the personnel of educational organizations, to determine the peculiarities of their consideration in the content and process of qualification improvement of educational and educational staff of education. Achievement of this goal determines the following tasks of research work: 1. According to the results of the theoretical analysis of the problem, to determine the essence, specifics and indicators of subjective well-being of the staff of educational organizations. 2. To isolate and explore the features and factors of subjective well-being of the staff of educational organizations. 3. To develop and test the program of psychological support of subjective well-being of the personnel of educational organizations in the conditions of postgraduate pedagogical education. 4. Based on the results of the study, prepare a monograph entitled "Psychological factors of subjective well-being of educational staff". Research methods - theoretical: the analysis of philosophical, cultural, art, psychological, pedagogical, methodical literature for comprehension of the scientific development of the definition of the essence of psychological well-being of the individual as the basis of its professional growth; forecasting: to predict the results of empirical research; analysis of experimental data for the study of empirical results obtained; generalization for the conclusion based on the results of the research; empirical: conversation, questioning, questioning, testing, interviews, expert assessments to identify the psychological well-being of the individual as the basis for his professional growth; the method of recording - for the construction of an integral indicator of psychological well-being of the individual, elucidation of the empirical factor structure of the components of psychological well-being and the formation experiment - to assess the effectiveness of the developed model of support psychological well-being of the individual as the basis of its professional growth; statistical: correlation, factor analysis to assess the statistical significance of the empirical data obtained and to find out the latent structure of factors, identify the personal determination of psychological well-being of the individual, assess the significance of changes in the molding experiment; The basic approaches to research of the subjective well-being of the personnel of educational organizations are determined; the concept of the content and personal determinants of psychological well-being of the personality of specialists has been expanded ... The theoretical analysis of the main approaches to the study of the subjective well-being of the staff of educational organizations has been carried out. On the basis of the results of the research, the theoretical model of subjective well-being of the personnel of educational organizations and its psychological factors was developed.
