The aim of the study: to increase the effectiveness of radiotherapy for genital, head and neck cancer by optimizing topometric preparation using in vivo dosimetry to ensure the quality of radiotherapy. Instrumental methods and equipment: X-ray, morphological, clinical-instrumental, statistical, gamma-therapeutic device ROKUS-AM with Со-60 source (E? = 1,25 MV), linear accelerator "Clinac-600C", universal clinical dosimeter "UNIDOSE-E", planning system Eclipse 8.9, X-ray computer tomograph "Toshiba Aquilion 16", simulator "Acuity". Theoretical and practical results: scientific data on radiation toxicity were supplemented. Individual dose loading on the mucous membrane of the rectum and oral cavity is assessed when patients are irradiated with genital cancer, head and neck cancer. Significant intraindividual and interindividual variability of the dose obtained by the rectal mucosa was established, deviation from the planned dose does not exceed 5%. It was established that radiation degree I is higher in patients with genital cancer, who received treatment on the Clinac 600C, and the frequency of radio epidermis is 2 times higher with gamma-therapy. Novelty: for the first time, significant intraindividual and interindividual variability of the dose obtained by the rectal mucosa irrespective of the type of irradiation (photon or gamma radiation) is established, which requires the development of in vivo dosimetry techniques to ensure the quality of radiotherapy.
