On the basis of the obtained data, the ROC curve was used to determine the sensitivity (69.5%) and specificity (88.8%) of Apolect technology and the number of necrotic and apoptotic leukocytes in a group of healthy individuals, which did not exceed 3.0%. Comprehensive immunological studies and determination of apoptotic and necrotic leukocytes will allow a more differentiated approach to the choice of basic therapy regimens for the treatment of SDCT. In order to prevent the formation of autoimmune complications in patients after acute inflammatory processes and prevent the increase of autoaggression in patients with SDCT, a promising method of using lectin-conjugated magnetic microparticles is recommended.
