Using modern information about the pathogenesis of the most actual infectious diseases, new methods of their diagnosis and treatment in cases of unfavorable course have been developed. The ways of correction of negative impingement of etiotropic and pathogenetic therapy are proposed. During the course of the research, a polypotent immunization technique for autoelay coccidia was developed successfully at the department for the treatment of extrahepatic manifestations of HGV and HCG, in particular cryoglobulinamic vasculitis, for influencing the level of activity of proinflammatory cytokine of FNP-alpha, as well as to reduce the side effect of antiviral interferon therapy. The etiological role of Burgdorferi in the origin of focal scleroderma, genetic preconditions and prognostic value of ribavirin-induced hemolytic anemia, the possibility of regression of the expressed stages of fibrosis by means of antiviral therapy of chronic hepatitis C with different variants of genomIL28b polymorphism, instrumental evaluation of violations of the contiguous functions in patients with chronic viral hepatitis and the like.
