Object of research - system of postgraduate education. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate the model of the introduction of mixed learning technologies into the system of open postgraduate pedagogical education, to identify innovative technologies of mixed learning and to organize the preparation for implementation by their method of experimental and experimental verification in the conditions of a real educational process. Research methods - Theoretical: systemic, comparative, structural analysis, synthesis. Empirical: observation, testing and interactive polling, pedagogical experiment, modeling. The basis of the development of this research work on the topic "Theoretical and methodical principles of the introduction of mixed learning technologies into the system of open postgraduate education" is based on the existing scientific achievements of the performers, namely: research materials on research topics - "Scientific and methodological foundations for the modernization of educational activities of higher educational institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education on the basis of modern technologies ", 2011-2013 (research results, scientific articles, reports, reports at conferences); "Theoretical and methodological principles of designing teaching technologies in the system of open postgraduate pedagogical education", 2015 (research results, scientific articles, reports, reports at conferences), "Theoretical and methodological bases of application of teaching technologies in the system of open postgraduate education" (2016- 2019 gg.). This implies a critical reflection of the achievement and the concentration of efforts and resources on solving the most pressing problems that hinder development, do not provide an opportunity to provide a new quality education that is adequate to a new formation - the information society. On the basis of the results of the first theoretical modeling stage of the GDR (January-December 2017), namely: 1) the manuscript of the methodical manual "Scientific and methodological foundations of the introduction of technologies of mixed learning in the system of open postgraduate education", 2017 (5,0 d .a) 2) identification of models of introduction of mixed learning technologies into the system of open postgraduate education and development of a package of normative and educational-methodical documents on the introduction of mixed learning technologies into the system of open postgraduate education; 3) scientific publications of a total number of 55 (sections in collective monographs, manuals, individual scientific articles in professional editions, materials of scientific conferences) preparation for the first stage of a local pedagogical experiment on the introduction into the educational process of institutions of the postgraduate education system of mixed learning technologies based on the principles of open education and distance learning. At I Theoretical and Modeling stage of the GDR (January-December 2017), together with the researchers of the Research Laboratory, the TTK of the Laboratory of Open Educational Systems UHPE "Theoretical and Methodical Foundations of the Application of Learning Technologies in the System of Open Postgraduate Education" was the holding of the formative and experimental stages of the experiment for the purpose of the experimental verification of the theoretical provisions regarding the introduction into the educational process of institutions of the postgraduate education system of innovative technologies based on the principles of open education and distance learning. The review, substantiation, analysis and generalization of conceptual and theoretical positions regarding the application of innovative technologies and technologies of mixed learning in the educational system of institutions of postgraduate education based on the principles of open education and distance learning have been carried out.
