The object of research is the system of postgraduate education (PO). The goal is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the conceptual model of the application of teaching technologies in the system of open postgraduate pedagogical education. This requires a critical comprehension of what has been achieved and the concentration of efforts and resources on solving the most acute problems hindering development, do not provide an opportunity to provide a new quality of education adequate to a new formation - a high-technology society. Socio-economic feasibility of the results of research is that the developed theoretical and practical basis for the application of teaching technologies in the system of open postgraduate education will improve the effectiveness of training both specialists of different levels and leading and pedagogical staff to provide them with a higher level of access to quality education in Time of advanced training. According to the expected results to the world level, this research work has no analogues in Ukraine.
