Methodological, theoretical and methodical components of postgraduate pedagogical education management system and its innovative transformations according to the results of marketing research are subject to scientific analysis. Topicality. The problem of management of the system by postgraduate pedagogical education in the conditions of innovative transformations of society requires a substantive theoretical and methodological substantiation. The concept of innovative technology management systems by postgraduate pedagogical education is also a scientific problem that needs research. Existing approaches to determining the criteria for assessing the quality of providing educational services by postgraduate pedagogical education institutions and their indicators are based primarily on selective normative approaches and individual research studies and do not address the systemic and managerial activities of the heads of these institutions and do not take into account the conditions in which educational institutions work (in particular in conditions of transformational transformations of society). There are practically no scientific works on the development of a post-graduate pedagogical education management system in a transformational transformation that takes into account the challenges of today and meets world standards. The promise of the problem is intensified also by the fact that the entry of education of Ukraine into the European and world space requires the creation of a postgraduate pedagogical management system that meets the existing world standards. Under conditions of innovative transformations, the existing postgraduate pedagogical management system has no mechanism for adaptive response to the challenges of the present. Expected scientific results will provide an improvement in the quality of educational services provided by institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education, will facilitate the availability and competitiveness of these institutions. which is a prerequisite for the entry of the education system into European and world space.
