The breadboarding of portable hardware and software complex (PHSC) has been performed. The outline documentation on elements and blocks of PHSC has been made. The verification of operating regime of electronic, optoelectronic and mechanical blocks of PHSC layout has been performed. The pilot version of the PHSC software has been made. The program of operation of optoelectronic part of layout has been worked out. The program of control of the UHF sensor layout and its positioning system has been improved. The functional arrangement and design of attachment points of PHSC layout worked out. Experimental investigations of samples of materials and parts of aircraft structures conducted by means of the optoelectronic block and UHF sensor in the laboratory environment at ultrasound, UHF aqnd thermic excitation, as well as at mechanical loading.
