At the second stage of the study, the following tasks were performed: - development of a conceptual model and comprehensive tools of psychological and pedagogical support of the gifted personality of senior pupils of secondary schools in the information network; - the study of the aspect of safe socialization and the development of a methodology to prevent the destructive aspects of gifted personality socialization in the Internet space. In accordance with these tasks, a conceptual model of psychological and pedagogical support of a gifted personality of senior pupils of general educational institutions in the Internet network, which forms a motivated environment for gifted students, has been developed. The conceptual model includes two main directions: scientific and organizational support and psychological and pedagogical support of gifted senior pupils. The first direction includes technical (programmers, system administrator, moderator); scientific and analytical (scientific project managers, research staff) and organizational support (coordinators from educational institutions).
