The purpose of the work is to substantiate the system of prevention of oncological morbidity of health workers. Methods of research - bibliosemantic, hygienic, timekeeping, pharmacokinetic analysis of drugs with carcinogenic potential, epidemiological, medico-sociological, medical-statistical, conceptual modeling. Results obtained: Hygiene, epidemiological and medical and social researches have identified causes and levels of carcinogenic hazard at workplaces in specialized services and in professional groups of health care workers; Epidemiological patterns of oncological pathology emergence among health workers are determined. The role of professional and nonprofessional risk factors in the oncological pathology among health workers has been established.
