The object of the study is a system of preventive measures aimed at preventing the occurrence of industrial-induced oncological pathology in health workers. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the system of prevention of oncological morbidity of health workers. Methods of research - bibliosemantic, hygienic, timekeeping, pharmacokinetic analysis of drugs with carcinogenic potential, epidemiological, medico-sociological, medical-statistical, conceptual modeling. Results obtained: Hygiene, epidemiological and medical and social researches have identified causes and levels of carcinogenic hazard at workplaces in specialized services and in professional groups of health care workers; Epidemiological patterns of oncological pathology emergence among health workers are determined. The role of professional and nonprofessional risk factors in the oncological pathology among health workers has been established. The system of preventive measures aimed at prevention of industrial-caused oncological pathology among health care workers based on the system of carcinogenic risk management is scientifically substantiated.548154815481
