Splenectomy in patients with SC, performed in connection with splenomegaly and pronounced cytopenias, ineffective pre-treatment, directly leads to complete clinical-hematological remission (elimination of cytopenia, disappearance of hairy cell in peripheral blood) in 80.8% of patients, in the rest - to partial remission. Postoperative lethality was 3.7%. Splenectomy was effective in 85.7% of patients with CLI, complicated by autoimmune hemolytic anemia, in all patients with CLL with immune thrombocytopenia and in all patients without concomitant cytopenia. Postoperative mortality was 2.4%. According to the results of the GDR, 2 articles were published in professional journals, 1 act of introduction, two reports at international congresses and 1 report at a meeting of the Association of Surgeons of the region.
