The research objects are the mathematical models of the complex dynamic objects in the near space, the satellite images of high spatial resolution; the advanced satellite devices; the hydrodynamic processes in microgravity; the wave processes in the ionospheric plasma. As the result of research the new fundamental knowledge about the dynamic processes on the Sun, the magnetosphere and the ionosphere of the Earth, the development of the advanced satellite devices with improved characteristics, the development of the system of the using of the remote sensing data, the development of the new methods of calibrating multispectral images and the merging data of various nature has been obtained.
